BOOKING:

To proceed with a booking it is necessary to pay a 25% or one-night deposit (depending on booking duration) after which you will recieve our written confirmation.

SERVICES:

All bedroom have bathroom and terrace, mini-bar, safe, wi-fi internet connection included in price.

Check in / Check out 24 hour.

Daily cleaning.

We provide cots for babies 0-3 years old, 35 Euro per day.
Extra beds have an additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made one month before the arrival date will be reimbursed 100% of deposit.
Cancellations made less than one month before arrival date will not be reimbursed.

RESERVAS:  

Para hacer efectiva una reserva es necesario una confirmación escrita por nuestra parte y el abono de un anticipo del 25% del importe total o en algunos casos de una noche según los días de reserva lo cual su reserva estaría confirmada de forma definitiva.

SERVICIOS:

Todas las habitaciones disponen de terraza, mini-bar, caja fuerte, wifi: gratis
Disponemos de cuna bebes 0-3 años : 35 euros por dia.
Cama supletoria: suplemento

POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN :

Nuestras condiciones de anulación son las siguientes: 
ANULACIÓN  MÁS DE UN MES ANTES DEL DIA DE LLEGADA: se devuelve 100 % del anticipo cobrado. 
ANULACIÓN MENOS DE UN MES A PARTIR DEL DIA DE LLEGADA: no se devuelve el anticipo cobrado
